A portion of the online training course is centered upon the teaching of appropriate medical terminology to utilize when creating standardized medical documentation.
Another large focus of our online training portion centers on familiarizing new scribes with how to use the specific medical software utilized by each specific site we work with.
The entirety of our online training course is centered upon supplementation of medical knowledge throughout all modules so that our scribes are armed with the intelligence necessary to provide in-depth and accurate documentation of patient care interactions.
Following completion of our intensive online course, prospective scribes then complete a series of hands-on training shifts. Training scribes join and shadow an experienced scribe for a total of six shifts, first shadowing and then gradually taking on more and more documentation responsibility, all under the supervision and direction of a scribe trainer.
