Most of our scribes are more motivated by preparing themselves for their future career as opposed to a paycheck. We strive to facilitate provider-scribe relations to best create a symbiotic relationship, allowing for the scribe to gain invaluable experience before their career, and allowing the provider to prioritize patient care as opposed to documentation of their services. 

Our scribes start at an hourly wage of $15/hour, compared to many of our competitors who only pay the minimum wage for their area. We also have a $16/hour night differential for overnight shifts.

If we have a motivated scribe that excels, we believe it is in our best interest to elevate them in the company. This includes opportunities to participate in quality assurance, recruitment, and training new scribes.
